Roby Visits White House, Joins President for Bill Signing
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Martha Roby (R-AL) yesterday met with President Trump and congressional leaders in the Oval Office for the bill signing of H.R. 4708, the DHS Blue Campaign Authorization Act, and S. 534, the Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act.
“When I was asked to serve on the Judiciary Committee last year, I accepted the position gladly because I am eager to make a difference in the fight against the horrors of human trafficking and crimes against young victims,” Representative Roby said. “I am very pleased to work with the Trump Administration in these efforts to combat both of these atrocious problems, and I appreciate being invited to the White House to be part of this historic moment.”
