Roby Congratulates Montgomery Students Upon Completion of Summer Internship Program
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Martha Roby (R-AL) today congratulated Montgomery natives Agnes Armstrong and Ford Cleveland for completing internships this summer in her Washington, D.C. office.
During their time in Roby’s office, Agnes and Ford conducted tours of the United States Capitol building, drafted and presented policy proposals, assisted constituents with their various requests, attended committee hearings, and more.
“Agnes and Ford worked very hard for the people of Alabama’s Second District during their time in my office, and I greatly appreciate their efforts,” Representative Roby said. “Their willingness to serve and learn more about the legislative process is to be commended. I am confident that they will be successful in their future endeavors.”
Agnes Armstrong is a graduate of Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School. She is a rising junior at Auburn University where she studies Accounting and Nonprofit Studies.
Ford Cleveland is a graduate of the Montgomery Academy. He is a rising sophomore at the University of Virginia where he studies Chemistry.
