Montgomery Native John Koo Completes Roby’s Congressional Internship Program
U.S. Representative Martha Roby (R-AL) today congratulated Montgomery native John Koo for completing an internship this summer in her Washington, D.C., office.
During his time in Representative Roby’s office, John conducted tours of the United States Capitol building, drafted and presented a policy proposal, attended committee hearings, assisted constituents with their various requests, and more.
“John worked diligently for the people of Alabama’s Second District during his time in my office, and I greatly appreciate his efforts,” Representative Roby said. “John’s willingness to serve his home district and learn more about our nation’s legislative process is highly commendable. I am confident he will be successful in his future endeavors.”
John Koo is the son of Jae and Sarah Koo. He is a graduate of the Montgomery Academy and a rising junior at Auburn University where he studies business administration and political science.
