Recently elected Congresswoman and former Montgomery City Council member Martha Roby was sworn as a member of the 112th Congress on Wednesday, according to the Montgomery Advertiser today.
Roby's family watched at the ceremony as she was sworn in using the family Bible given as a gift from her grandmother to her parents on their wedding day, says the report.
